Implement automatic cache control for the TTM data loading.

Loading Trigger time maps can be very slow. Caching raw data quite often can drastically speedup the processing of the data. It is possible now with using beta features of the loader. By now the process is tested enough so eventually automatic caching can be done for the TTM loading
