Bugfix in sdo: the channel lock function had to be added again. · 516f6db1
      Pfeiffer, Götz authored

As tests show, this function *is* needed. This patch, however, tries to make
the implementation of channel locking a bit more systematic. A channel is
locked when it is put into the send or timeout queue. It is unlocked when it
is removed from that queue. Channel locking ensures that a channel cannot be
added to the send and the timeout queue at the same time.

socketcan: split sci stuff from drivers, add systec-ascii driver, removed peak driver · d80cfc8a
      Franksen, Benjamin authored

The peak module turned out to be unusable: it does not use the socket in
      duplex mode.

The new scan_driver.h specifies the interface to a (usually socket based)
      driver.

The sci implementation (in scan.c) is now completely device independent. It
uses the socketcan header file (linux/can.h) only because the definitions in
this file are a simple and complete description of what a CAN frame is made
of. The driver is free to read/write the frames from/to the device in any
      conceivable way.
