In all files that are copyrighted by the hzb, a copyright note was added that
the file is licensed under GPLv3.

* the copyright was changed, BESSY was replaced with HZB
* the CONTENTS.txt file was changed and updated
* the file docStyle.css is now the css file for most
  of the HTML documents

The Bessy license was added to all modules and
some spelling errors were corrected.

The BESSY license was added to scripts that
were developed here.

Enhancing handling:
Rollback and abort will be ask for, except -y is given

Reimplementation. New dbstructure implementation...
Problem by setting dblogin !!
Dont use...

* the script now searches it's modules the same way
  browsedb.pl does
* selectall_hashref() in DBI is now a completely different
  function. get_families() was changed accordingly
