In all files that are copyrighted by the hzb, a copyright note was added that
the file is licensed under GPLv3.

* the copyright was changed, BESSY was replaced with HZB
* the CONTENTS.txt file was changed and updated
* the file docStyle.css is now the css file for most
  of the HTML documents

+ the program now prints an error message when
  option "-s" has no argument
+ when symbol data for a specific symbol is not
  found, the message printed now starts with the
  word "Warning:"

The Bessy license was added to all modules and
some spelling errors were corrected.

The BESSY license was added to scripts that
were developed here.

The html documentation generation was further improved.
In all perl-files and perl modules, epmty lines just containing
spaces were replaced with simple empty lines. Otherwise, pod2html
makes problems...

The defaults for the symbol data (-S option)
are now placed in a separate file, capfast_defaults.pm

a new option was added:
-V patch the DESC field order to contain
    the macro $(DESCVAR)

with a new option, Sch2db.pl can now place the
record-name into the DESC field. This is especially
useful when the real record name is generated via
macro replacements and one needs a way to find out the
record-name as it can be found in the capfast file
it came from...

the contents of the symbol-files are now incorporated into
the script. This is useful on systems where the symbol-files
are not present.
